How to Cancel a Workflow / Campaign

Step 1: Navigate to the Workflow Section

Go to the Automation tab on the main menu.

Step 2: Select Workflow

To view all active workflows. > Advanced Filters > Select Status - is - Published then Click Apply

Step 3: Find the Workflow you want to Cancel

Click the 3 dots at the right side of the campaign you want to stop.

Then choose Draft Workflow
