This video shows how to initiate an action based on when a TRIGGER LINK is clicked by a person.
And example of this would be if you sent an email asking a person if they would like to receive more information about product A or product B. Simply by clicking a trigger link, they can be added to the appropriate campaign sequence by following the steps in this video.
