MarketingPlex Page Not Loading

Occasionally, you may find that the system fails to load a page, or seems to log you out frequently.  This issue can be solved by simply clearing the site data from your computer:


Right-Click anywhere on the page, and select:  Inspect


Select the Application TAB from the window that opens, Select Storage:


then click 'Clear site data':


Next, right-click on the padlock in your browser's address bar and select Cookies:


Select the site:  app.marketingplex.com, and click the 'Remove' button, then click Done.


That's it.  Try reloading your page or logging back in.
