Contact Tags
Tags tell the story of your contacts. They help you understand who your leads and clients are, where they are in your process, and what actions they’ve taken. Tags are important to add because they not only power your automations, workflows, follow-ups, and email sequences they also make it easy to filter, segment, and organize your contacts for better targeting and communication.
In this section, you can create and manage your contact tags. You can add new tags anywhere in your CRM, but this is the only place where you can edit or delete them.
***NOTE: Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access to all of the components. ***
Create New Tag
To create a new contact tag in your CRM, go to Settings > Tags> New Tag
Create Your First Tag
You can create tags for all kinds of things like "New Lead", "Paid Customer", and so much more!
Let's create a test tag right now!
Type "Test" in the space provided then save it
Tag Names
This column will show all of your tag names, and order them alphabetically for easy organization
Edit Tags
Click the 3 dots to edit a tag in the future and change its name.
Delete Tags
To delete a tag, you would click the 3 dots. Once you delete a tag, it is gone forever.
