Quick Action Buttons

You can perform quick action on your contact list either by selecting a single contact or a group of contacts.
Each button has its unique function

• To Add 1 Contact at a time click on the +

• The Funnel will allow you to click 1 or Multiple Contacts and add them to a Pipeline

• The Robot Head is used to add Contacts to Campaigns/Workflows 

• The SMS Bubble is used to send a SMS to 1 or more Contacts without putting them into a Drip Campaign/Workflow

• The Envelope will allow you to send an email to 1 or more Contacts without adding them to an Email Campaign

• The Tag with a + sign is used to add tags to 1 or more Contacts at once 

• The Tag with a - sign is used to remove tags to 1 or more Contacts at once

• The Trash Can is used if you want to delete 1 or more Contacts at once 
• The Star is to send review requests  
• The Down Arrow is to Export Contacts and data (Make sureto click on ALL of the columns that you want before you export or you might miss data)
  
• The Up Arrow is used to Import Contacts
• The 2 Combined Boxes are used to merge 2 Contacts together (for ex. you have the same contact but 1 was uploaded using their phone number and the other using their email) You can merge them together and select which information you want to keep
