Creating a New Pipeline 

The opportunities page will show you what stage your contacts are in depending how you have them tagged and how you have the workflows set up you will be able to edit or add a new pipeline by either selecting create new pipeline or the pencil icon to edit the existing campaigns

 

If you are going to be adding a new pipeline you will want to name it and then start adding the stages

• Pipeline Name

  When creating a new pipeline, you want to give them names according to their purpose or the source of the leads. We have pipelines named things like "Pipeline Leads, ACQ Pipeline, DISPO Pipeline" etc.

• Stage Name

  Pipeline "Stages" are what comprise your entire pipeline. Each stage is a new step in the pipeline process.You will want to name your stages in accordance with the step of the process your lead is in. For example "New lead", "Attention", "Warm Lead" are all pipeline stages that can be used for sales.

• + Add Stage

  When you are ready to add a new stage, you will click this button and name the stage accordingly.

• Stage Funnel Chart: Show/Hide

  By clicking this toggle button, you can choose whether to show this stage in your CRM dashboard funnel charts for reporting purposes or you can simply hide it.

• Stage Pie Chart: Show/Hide

  By clicking this toggle button, you can choose whether to show this stage in your CRM dashboard pie charts for reporting purposes or you can simply hide it.

• Pipeline Pie Chart: Show/Hide

  By clicking this toggle button, you can choose whether to show this pipeline in your CRM dashboard pie charts for reporting purposes or you can simply hide it

• Pipeline Funnel Chart: Show/Hide

  By clicking this toggle button you can choose whether to show this pipeline **** in your CRM dashboard funnel charts for reporting purposes

• Delete Stage

  You can delete a stage by clicking this garbage can icon. Once you delete a stage, it will be permanently deleted.

  Pipeline List

  You will be able to find all created pipelines here in the pipeline list.

  

  
  

  Edit Pipeline

  If you need to edit a pipeline, you would click this icon here.

  

  
  

  Delete Pipeline

  To delete an already-created pipeline, click this icon here. Once you delete a pipeline, it is gone forever!
