Set Contact DND - CRM Actions

***In order to PUBLISH workflows, you will need to establish a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Without both, you will only be able to save the workflow, not publish it***


This action activates do-not-disturb for the contact.


Do Not Disturb


Enable Contact DND

Click on the "enable DND" if the contact no longer wants to get notified or opts out of a subscription.


Disable Contact DND

Leave the DND disabled if the contact is still interested in your offer.
