How do I monitor my VAs cold calls?

Make sure call recording is activated in the settings for each phone number.


Go to Settings>Phone Numbers
Make sure the Call Recording box is checked off (There is a default message "This call is being recorded for quality assurance" Click the spacebar to remove the message)



Go to reporting, then click on CALL REPORTING. If you record your calls you can then also listen to those calls there as well. 




You can also listen to them inside of the Sellers Contact Profile, the recording will be apart of the converstions
