Registering a Business (with an EIN)

***YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A DOMAIN NAME AND A LIVE WEBSITE PRIOR TO REGISTRATION***


The following only applies to people with an EIN;

When registering with your EIN make sure your information matches your Tax Return or CP 575 form exactly. The registration process takes about 15 minutes if you have everything ready. Also, be very detailed on your answers. The registration process can be instant or it could take weeks if the carriers kick it back. Also, be aware that the Campaign Use Case does take 5-6 weeks to review. You can still send out messages, I would just recommend a small amount.


Step 1: A2P Brand

Step 3: Business Details - Make sure these details match your tax return or CP575 form


Step 4: Business Address (must match tax return or CP575 form exactly)


Step 5: Authorized Representative - 
Who is authorized to answer any questions about your registration





 

Step 6: Campaign Details - Be very detailed
Here's a few examples that you can use but also make it fit your business


1. "My campaign is going to consist of account notifications, new offers, marketing messages, opt-in, and opt-out confirmations. I will be sending texts and emails to notify potential clients that I have received their information from the form they filled out on my website. I will also be sending my clients texts to gather more information to proceed with getting them an offer as well as closing details".


2. This campaign sends appointment information - confirmation & reminder messages to our customers once they have booked an appointment with us on our website and opted-in to receive promotional and notification SMS from us.

3. The campaign will be used to reach out to customers who signed up for our updates via SMS.

4. This campaign will be used by our salespeople to reach out to their clients who have opted in to receive messages.





Step 7: Campaign Details - Create 2 sample messages 

Here are some examples that you can use but also make it fit your business

Sample Messages:

1. Hi, John This is Ryan from Your company name. I have received your information from the form you filled out on my website. I have additional questions, when is the best time to give you a call? Please Reply STOP to opt-out

2. Hi, John This is Ryan from Your company name. I have received your inquiry from my website. I can get you an offer and close within 45 days. Plus my company doesn't charge any fees. Looking forward to speaking with you soon! 

Please Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

3. Hi John! This is Jane from company name. Our appointment for October 20 at 11:00 AM is confirmed. Please reach out to +1(213) 555-1212 (add your number) in case you need to reschedule. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

4. Hello, JOhn this is Adam from company name. I am following up with you about our meeting yesterday, would you have time to discuss this today? Reply STOP to cancel.



Step 8: End User Consent & Opt-In Message

Here are some examples that you can use but also make it fit your business



1. End users double opt-in by first filling out our contact form located at www.yourwebsite.com or reaching out to us via our chatbot. They click the "Messaging Consent " checkbox on the form, or from the chatbot will click the SEND button to show opt-in consent. We respond to them via text with the following message: " We appreciate your interest in our products/services! To proceed please reply with "YES" to allow our sales/support team to assist you further. We're dedicated to helping you make the right choice. Reply STOP to opt-out"... as a form of double opt-in.


2. End users opt-in by visiting - https://www.mycompany.com/book and filling in their details. Users check a box to receive notifications & promotional messages from us to provide their consent.
Additionally, end users can also text START to +1 (213) 555-1212 (change your number)
