How to Create a Google Review Link

You will first need to connect your GMB account by going to Settings > Integrations.  

Once connected, you can click on the 'Generate Link' button to create your Google Review Link.

Test this link in a new window or tab, it should show your google business listing, and pop up with an option to review. If this is correct, copy the URL from the NEW window or tab, which we can take back to your campaign.

You can add the link to messages, workflows, emails, etc. that are sent to clients. Paste the URL at the end of your message. You can send a test message to yourself to confirm how this will look for your clients.
