To update your company info Go to Settings > Business Profile
Here you will be able to:
Upload a Logo (The Proposed size if 350 px * 180 px No bigger than 2.5 mb
Edit your Company Name, Email, Phone Number
Add Company Website
Choose your Business Niche
Business Profile:
If you have an EIN, you will want to ensure that your Business information matches your CP575 form exactly. If the information doesn't match exactly this could cause your A2P Registration to be rejected.
If you are a Sole proprietor, you will use the information from your business tax return. If you have not filed a business tax return. you can use your information.
Time Zone:
This time zone is the account/your time zone. It's important to correctly set this time zone as it will be used inside your workflow when sending messages to contacts.

Choose the Business Industry from the dropdown
Enter your EIN exactly as it appears on you CP 575 from XX-XXXXXXX

Authorized Representative
The authorized representative will be anyone who is authorized to answer any questions regarding the business. This can be you or another member of the company.
You will also want to choose the correct job position
- Director
- GM
- VP
- CEO
- CFO
- General Counsel
- Other
Call & Voicemail Settings
This recording will be used for all of the phone numbers in your account. Keep in mind that you can also have your employees/users create their own voicemail inside of their profile.
General
- Allow Duplicate Opportunity -This will allow the contact to be in the same pipeline under different stages
- Merge Facebook COntacts By Name - Only incoming messages from Facebook will be merged if they match an existing contact's name. Names are case-sensitive
- Disable Contact Timezone - I don't recommend turning this off because you can use the contact's timezone when sending them messages. For example you are located on the East Coast (account time zone) and some contacts are on the West Coast, you can set the workflow/campaign to run at the contacts timezone)
- Mark Emails as Invailid due to Hard Bounce - Contact's Emails will be marked as invalid automatically when it Hard Bounces. Email actions in Automations will be skipped for contacts with invalid emails.
- Validate Phone numbers when the first SMS is sent to a new contact - This will validate the phone number before sending an SMS. A standard rate of $0.005 is applicable per validation.
Contact Deduplication Preferences
*We don't recommend turning on "Allow Duplicate Contact" this can make your account very messy. We recommend adding any additional phone numbers or emails to the contact record.
The Allow duplicate contact option only applies to contacts coming from Zapier / other Forms. So we won't be able to create two contacts with the same email or phone number from the CSV contact upload. When importing contacts, by default, We create contacts and merge them based on the contact's phone number or email address.
Missed Call Text Back
You can use this call text back message or you can use one inside of the workflow. I don't recommend using both. If you have both of them turned on, the contact will get 2 messages
