Submitting Support Tickets

To submit a support ticket, please be sure to first Sign up for a support portal account.  In addition to being able to submit new support tickets, you will be able to review the status of previous tickets.


Step 1:  Click Sign Up (anywhere on the page)

Step 2:  Complete the sign-up form and check your email for a verification link.


Important:  You will need to verify your email prior to submitting a support ticket.


Note:  your MarketingPlex username and password are not currently 'shared' with our support portal.... although, we encourage you use the same email address and password to keep things simple and easy to remember.
