My Staff
The account admin uses this section to grant its employees/users access to view all or select specific features.
To access My Staff follow these steps:
Click Settings
Click My Staff
Add Employee
Here you can add an employee/user, delete an employee/user, and edit an employee/user.

Adding or editing an employee/user allows you to update:
Personal logo
First name
Last name (you can also put the last 4 digits of the marketing number assigned to the user here, just like in this example)
Email (login email)
(Use a valid email for anyone needing access to the platform) (Use fake emails when creating users for marketing purposes only)Phone
(Use a valid phone number for anyone needing access to the platform) (No number is needed when creating users for marketing purposes only)Password (login password)
(Use a valid password for anyone needing access to the platform) (create a password but don't worry about remembering it when creating users for marketing purposes only)
Email Signature
Email Signature - You can create an email signature, change the font size, style, and color, add a logo, and more
User Permissions
User Permissions - You can toggle on/off different features of the platform depending on what information you want each user to see. The platform will automatically default to view all features.
User Roles - You can have several users & admin for 1 account
User - The user role is the default role. A user can view everything on the platform. A user can not import/export or delete any data including uploading a list of contacts
Admin - An admin can add/update new employees/users, see additional settings, import/export or delete data
